The Supreme Court’s full bench announced its first order in the Panama Case on April 20 2017 and ordered (creation of an investigation group) named Joint Investigation Team (JIT) to further probe charges of (related to managing money) improper behavior against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s family.

As the six-member JIT submitted its final report before SC on July 10 2017, a three member bench containing/making up Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan then heard the case for five days during which counsels of the petitioners and respondents presented their arguments on different parts of the JIT report.

After the JIT submitted their final report to the Supreme Court, the judges needed some while for the final verdict of the case. In the mean while there arouse many disturbing situations from the party involved in Panama Scandal like the JIT report is biased, no authentic documents are used in the report. SC announced on July 27 2017 that the Final verdict of Panama Case will be announced at 11:30 AM on July 28, Friday, by a five-member larger bench comprising Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Gulzar Ahmed, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed and Justice Ijazul Ahsan.

The decision in the Prime Minister’s disqualification case was reported by the Supreme Court at the beginning of today i.e July 28 after a deferral of over thirty minutes.

The choice was reported by the five-part larger bench of the Supreme court. Equity Asif Saeed Khosa, Justice Gulzar Ahmad, Justice Ijaz Afzal, Justice Sheik Azmat Saeed and Ijaz-ul-Ahsan are members of the bench.

The three part execution seat of the pinnacle court had saved the decision on July 21 2017.

Along with the Prime Minister SC also disqualified the Financial Mister of Pakistan Mr. Ishaq Dar and also MNA Capt. Safdar(Also the son-in-law of the PM) from their respective seats as they were also charged of extensive Curruption.

Moreover SC also ordered to have a NAB(National Accountability Bureau) trial and issue a refence within 6 weeks on the Case of Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, his daughter Mrs. Maryam Safar, sons Hassan Nawaz & Hussain Nawaz, Son-in-Law Mr. Capt. Safdar & Mr. Ishaq Dar for their charges of Corruption and offshore companies.

Now some questions arises..

Will Interior Minister Ch. Nisar resign from his seat and also bade good bye to the politics as he announced yesterday that in case Panama Verdict comes he will do so.

Will NAB imprison Nawaz Sharif & others or not??

Will Nawaz Sharif be able to keep his party’s seat or not??
Lets wait & see!!
